Centers For Living is seeking a professional and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and serve as the welcoming face of our organization.
This role combines front desk reception responsibilities with administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, guests, and staff in a professional and compassionate manner

Answer and direct incoming calls

Order and maintain office and program supplies

Provide general administrative support to leadership and program teams

Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and data entry

Maintain organized records and ensure the front office remains welcoming and professional
